Druid

Identity

The Druid is nature magic’s broadest practitioner. Though a healer first, they're equally capable of shaping battles through versatility, persistence, and raw elemental force. Their magic draws upon storms, wind, and the living world, giving them tools that reach far beyond simple restoration.

Their connection to nature extends to movement and protection. They can transport their group across great distances and pull allies out of danger when a fight turns against them. Their protective magic answers every strike with nature’s retaliation, turning aggression back on the attacker.

The Druid is also exceptionally self‑reliant. Their influence over animals allows them to bend nature to their will, giving them powerful advantages when traveling or fighting alone. Adaptable and resourceful, they move comfortably between supporting a group and thriving independently.

Defining Traits

  • Specializes in nature magic, ranging from damage‑over‑time and elemental nukes to healing‑over‑time and snares

  • Wields teleports, evacuates, damage shields, regeneration, and high‑impact nukes as signature tools

  • Functions as a primary healer with strong direct‑damage capabilities at the cost of a lighter buff suite than the Shaman

  • Excels at solo play through control over animals and self‑sufficiency

  • One of the strongest solo classes

What’s Changing

The Druid's role isn't changing. They remain a primary healer with genuine damage capabilities and strong solo utility.

The update focuses on depth over breadth. Key spell lines are getting better upgrades and scaling, giving the class more to work with in the areas it already owns. In exchange, some of the more generic utility is going away, particularly where it overlaps with other priest classes.

More:

  • Depth in core nature magic lines

  • Upgrades and scaling for existing spells

  • Unique utilities that feel distinctly Druid

Less:

  • Elemental spells without a nature theme

  • Spells shared with the Ranger
